Shift weight 100% onto right foot. Step forward
with left foot. Drop hands at sides.

Pivot waist forward (left) 90 degrees. Raise left
hand slightly and allow right hand to arc over and flop on top of left.
Align wrists to meet, as if a bolt went through both wrists. Allow left
knee and foot to turn freely; however keep knees over toes.
