About Eloise
Eloise Hill, our extraordinary office manager, with her gracious southern style makes our patients feel welcome. She schedules patient appointments, oversees the administrative aspects of our office, and coordinates John's speaking engagements and seminars. She is responsible for making John's work accessible.

Eloise is a Licensed Vocational Nurse, with a 13-year background Bay Area nursing. She has 11 years in acute care hospital settings including surgical, ambulatory and oncological care. She also has past experience as a medical auditor. Eloise is a published writer.

Why I choose to work with John
The challenges I've had with my own health have led me to believe that there is tremendous benefit to TCM. As a patient, my experience of Western Medicine and what it could offer me at the time was unsatisfactory and disappointing. I finally learned about TCM through John and was able to find relief for my health condition.

I first experienced the benefits of TCM when I received acupuncture and herbal treatments from John while he was doing his clinical internship at Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences. When all Western Medical treatments failed to improve my health condition, he was able to guide me emotionally and spiritually, and treat my physical ailments. I believe that he has literally saved my life. I work with John because I understand the tremendous benefits that TCM has to offer and I want to contribute by promoting his work.
